The home of the Dowling family in Connecticut is one of the inspiring holiday stories in the current December issue that I really enjoyed producing last year. This photo of their daughter decorating the tree had us all smiling as photographer Dana Gallagher caught this precious and inviting moment.
The tree is full of lovely decorations and I love the graphic addition of the botanical Christmas cards as ornaments. What a very pretty way to add a natural accent to your tree in a big and easy way.
Buy a box of Holiday card botanicals. Punch a hole in the top and tie onto the tree with ribbon.
